About Christmas
Christmas Day is celebrated every year on December 25. It marks the birth of Jesus for Christians and is a public holiday in most of the world. It is also the biggest gift-giving day of the year, so last shipping dates for delivery usually fall in mid-December.
Christmas is on December 25 every year. In 2026 it lands on a Friday, in week 52 of the year.
How long until Christmas?
Counting from today, Sunday, October 4, 2026, there are 82 days until Christmas 2026. That works out to 11 weeks and 5 days, or about 2 months and 21 days.
