How to use it
The number is the Qibla bearing, measured clockwise from true north. Face north, then turn right by that many degrees. The easiest way is your phone’s own Compass app: turn until it shows the number above.
On the live website you can also tap “Use phone compass” and hold the phone flat, screen up. The whole dial turns with your phone, and the small white mark at the top shows the way you are facing; turn until the gold arrow is under it. Keep away from metal, magnets and phone cases with magnets, which confuse compasses. If the arrow seems wrong, move the phone in a figure-8 a few times to calibrate it.
Your location is used only on your device and is never sent to us.
