Open your city's prayer times page and use the calendar button there: all five prayers, each with an alert when it begins. Each city's sehri and iftar page has a Ramadan calendar with an alert before sehri ends and before iftar.
How it works
A calendar subscription is a link your calendar app checks every few hours. Nothing is installed and no account is needed. To stop, remove the calendar from your app. On an iPhone: Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Subscribed Calendars.
