About Halloween
Halloween is celebrated every year on October 31, the eve of All Saints' Day. In the US, Canada, the UK and Ireland it means costumes, trick-or-treating, carved pumpkins and haunted houses. Stores usually start selling candy and costumes in early September.
Halloween is on October 31 every year. In 2026 it lands on a Saturday, so it falls on a weekend, in week 44 of the year.
How long until Halloween?
Counting from today, Sunday, October 4, 2026, there are 27 days until Halloween 2026. That works out to 3 weeks and 6 days, or about 27 days.
